Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs Theory

Maslows Hierarchy of NeedsThe Hierarchy of Needs was a theory that develops by a physiologist named Abraham Maslow. He was developing the theory and introduced it to the public in 1943 through his proposed paper that titled a Theory of Human Motivation. Since it introduced to the public, the Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory has been made a significant impact to the every life aspect in people’s life. This theory can give the people more spirit and motivation so they can manage their life very well. The Maslows hierarchy of needs is describing the reality of most people life experience accurately. This theory is very popular among the people because Maslow describe it with some features of experience that people might be had in their life so they van understand it and they can behave and identify the situation by using hierarchy of needs theory.

Abraham Maslow actually was a humanistic psychologist who did not believe in mechanical forces that push and pull the human which is actually one of the stimuli of behaviour and psychoanalyse. The humanistic physiologists are believed in the human potential that human can struggle to reach the success. Human are looking for the creativity in order to reach the highest wisdom and also the logic think. People who can reach the highest wisdom and also the logic think are categorized into fully functioning person, healthy personality or the self actualization as Maslow mentioned in his hierarchy of needs theory.
